By inviting or using Newsletter Bot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.

2. Responsible Use

• You must comply with Discord Terms and Community Guidelines.
• You are responsible for how the bot is configured in servers you manage.
• Abuse, attempts to disrupt service, or malicious automation may lead to access removal.

3. Service Scope

Newsletter Bot provides story-grouped news delivery, channel configuration tools, and source-aware reading experiences in Discord. Feature behavior may evolve as the bot is improved.

4. Availability

The bot is provided on an "as available" basis. Uptime, performance, and response timing are not guaranteed. Maintenance, upstream feed issues, or third-party outages can affect delivery.

5. Configuration And Content

Server owners are responsible for selected feeds, channel routing, and role-ping behavior. The bot aggregates and organizes external source content but does not guarantee source accuracy.

6. Privacy

Bot data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Using the bot means you acknowledge those data practices.

7. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Newsletter Bot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to use or inability to use the service.

8. Suspension Or Termination

Access may be restricted or removed for misuse, abuse, legal compliance needs, or operational security reasons. Users may stop using the bot at any time by removing it from a server.

9. Changes To Terms

Terms may be updated over time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
